Alphabet Stamps
In this class the girls looked at how to use alphabet stamps and sentiment stamps in different ways. Kelly Marie Alvarez from Lawn Fawn was first up and made a gorgeous card using letters as rain.
I immediately thought of a bird singing Happy Birthday. Not such a revelation, I guess I could have just used a sentiment that said Happy Birthday, but it's the best I could come up with for today.
Paper: cardstock (PTI); Neenah Solar White cardstock; patterned paper from my stash
Ink: Gray Flannel (Memento); Filed Greens, Tide Pool & Pastel Mint (Hero Arts)
Stamps: Small Variety Alphabet (HA); H5719 (HA - bird stamp); Flourish (Unity set)
Other: Sequins; Die (MFT); Star Dust Stickles
What I had in my head I could not transfer to paper, so I am not over the moon with this one. I'll definitely review this idea over the weekend.
Thanks for visiting!
