The design for this card was inspired by THIS card by Debbie Olsen. Her card is so exquisite! I loved how she divided her card into three sections and of course I love the Houndstooth!
So that's what I did, I divided my card into three and used different stamps on each section moving from a light Antique Linen ink to a darker Walnut Stain. I also stamped the Houndstooth on two die cut flowers in two different colours before mounting them on with a pink button in the centre. The ribbon is so soft and velvety with a pattern in it, and I would say just about the perfect colour match.
