Sending You Hugs

I managed to make a card today that I will share with you.  I'll also add it to this weeks' Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge which is "Anything Goes".

Paper: cardstock (PTI); Neenah
Ink: distress inks; Versamark; Versafine Onyx Black
Stamps: WPlus9 (Magical Moments); PTI (Simple Sunflower Stamp Set)
Other: PTI die; Sizzix Die

I used a PTI die to emboss the darker green cardstock, I like the softness of the impression it made.

And yes, I made another Zentangle tile, trying to practice everyday.  Today I attempted to incorporate a bit of colour, but of course I tried to colour something that should probably not be coloured.  It's a tangle called Mooka (which I have not mastered yet), and because it is actually a continuous single line there is no inside or outside if you know what I mean.  Anyway, I like the pink section and the floral design (Cat-Kin).  And I also made up some stuff as I went along!  I used Tangle Patterns String #065 to help me with this tile.

Just to answer Trinh's question: I don't do one tile in one sitting, simply because I need to do other things, but if I could then I imagine it would take me about 45 - 60 minutes, and that's because I am still trying to learn the various patterns so I am looking them up in my books and on the web as I am drawing.  But the experts are doing them much quicker of course, in a few minutes for this 3.5" X 3.5" tile.

Well, winter is back.  We went from 34 Celcius to about 14 Celcius overnight.  I hope you are having a wonderful day!
