Just Because...

I ventured into my Craft Room for a little while last night and tried to conjure up something worthwhile.  Why is it so tough all of a sudden?  I think it's one of those things that if you don't practice, practice, practice continuously/regularly, you could actually lose your knack for it.

So here is a card I made using pretty patterned paper and some stamps from the Hero Arts set called "Remember" from their Stamp Your Story line.

The focal image was so pale that I decided to add some seam binding for a splash of brightness.

It was a lovely cold morning here, 5 degrees Celsius.  Quite invigorating to run in that temperature!  But our days are so beautiful and sunny with bright blue skies, so one does not complain, we are just enormously thankful!

Let today be a great day!

Love the pop of blue ribbon B!
Glad to hear your weather is holding out- sounds pretty nice since it's about 98-100 here today. You know I like the cooler temps!

I like the row of pearls and seam binding below the focal image, Brenda. Very pretty and feminine. I just got this stamp set and hope to find some time to play with it soon.

I had to take a quick peek before heading out on our next road trip and I'm glad that I did. You've got it, girlfriend! This is so feminine with all the great layers and your decision to add the pop of color is a great one! Too sweet! See you when I return! Keep crafting!
