I haven't played with the Lawnscaping Challenge for quite a while and this time around it's a Clean and Simple challenge and seeing as I had a bit of time on my hands I decided to give it a go.
Ink: Versafine Onyx Black; Copics; Mustard Seed distress ink; Hero Arts Soft Pool ink
Stamps: Lawn Fawn (Flutter)
Other: Flower die (PTI); gems (Michaels); glitter; glossy accents
I stamped a flower from the Flutter set a few times in the corner with some Soft Pool ink and then adhered my die cut flower over it. The butterfly is coloured with Copics and I added a bit of glossy accents on parts of the wings and sprinkled some fine glitter over it before it dried. Then I adhered it with some dimensional foam. (Sorry about the photo, it looks a little blurry, not sure why).
It's overcast here today which is fine, it's a nice break from that hot sun beating on you all the time hey. I had a great workout with Lisa at the gym this morning which I am sure I am going to pay for tomorrow! But it just feels so good to work out.
I hope you are all having a fabulous day.

Wow, Brenda - this is a knock-out card! Love that subtle tone-on-tone background in the corner with the punch of brightness for great contrast. That butterfly looks seriously real, too! Love it all.
