Before I share my card I just wanted to apologize for yesterday's post!!! What a mess! In preview mode it was perfect and 5 minutes after posting it lost 3/4 of everything I wrote! I know that many of you were wondering why my post was so short and with no explanation! Truly sorry. I tried several times to fix it, it looked fixed on my end and five minutes later it was back to being wrong! I am going to repost GIVEAWAY No.2 at the end of this post, and no matter where you commented I will tally all the comments when selecting the winning entry.
So, a quick card share today which was inspired by the current colour challenge over at CR84FN and also because of an upcoming visit from a very talented crafter Martha! Here is my little card:
Paper: cardstock (PTI); pink designer paper (Girl's Paperie); other paper from my stash
Ink: Versafine Onyx Black; Copic Marker; Versamagic Turquoise Gem (puff of steam)
Stamps: PTI (Heart-2-Heart #1; Happy Trails)
Other: dimensional foam; Nestabilitie Wonky Rectangle & Large Scalloped Circle
I love these colours together, so soft and girly! I paper pieced the cup with some scraps and touched it up with a BG copic marker. The shape of the Aqua piece of patterned paper at the bottom was made by using a Nestabilitie die.
I'm also going to enter this into the current Simon Says Stamp Challenge which is "Anything Goes".
Ok, now let's try again for my 2nd Giveaway. My questions was: "What type of exercise do you do to stay healthy? Or perhaps you actually play a sport on a regular basis? If you don't exercise, but if you could get rid of all the excuses right now, what would be the type of exercise that you would like to do, it could be walking, swimming....". Here is what I am giving away this time:
I'll close off the Giveaway on Sunday 6th May at 12 noon CST and will announce the winner on Monday the 7th along with Giveaway No. 3.
Good luck everyone and have a fabulous day! Mine is going to be great as I get to start the day at the gym with my best buddy Lisa!

Love your pretty little card Brenda! The shape reminds me of a pillow box.
My favorite form of exercise walking! I take my little fur baby Max on two long walks everyday. It's a great time for prayer, clearing my head and enjoying nature!
Ah, Brenda - I am suffering issues with the new blogger, too. We don't have time to mess with these problems! Love this cute card and your take on the yummy colors. I am so excited about your special hook-up with your crafty pal. Among other things, I do water aerobics several times a week - I am such a water baby! Thanks!
Hi Brenda, I walk on the treadmill (indoor) during the colder months, and outside during the summer months. About three times a week.
I love your card. Beautiful! I like to walk and sometimes lift hand weights for exercise. Please leave me out of the giveaway.
That card is lovely, love the soft colours.
I do aerobics and go swimming a week, well, most weeks that is. I also love taking long walks. I live very close to the beach so I often walk along there.
I love your soft toned card my Friend!
As to my favorite type of exercise I would have to say any water sports or simply walking ;-)
Thanks!
No need to enter me in the giveaway - just wanted to come by and say I'm so glad you're up and running normally again! Love this sweet card - pretty, soft colors! :)

Hi, Brenda!
OH, what a SWEET card! Love the shape and colors. YES, I'm SO looking forward to getting together for some girl talk, and, of course, some crafting, fun, and laughter! :-)
-Remind me to tell you my "swimming" story that I usually tell my students, regarding endurance.
-I enjoy walking in the late evening hours, when it's cooler. The Texas heat is brutal!
-Please allow others to win your fabulous prize, by leaving me out of the drawing.
See you soon, my friend!
Hugs!

I go to a pilates class once a week.

P.S. My fave form of exercise (after walking) is zumba! It's so much fun it doesn't even feel like exercise :)
Hi Brenda, love your pastel card and a great sentiment. I love to go for long walks in the country with my husband. We are very lucky as we don't even have to get in the car, there are some fabulous walks on our doorstep.
I weight train at the gym with this crazy chick that lives up the street from me! LOL We sweat it out together and don't let each other out of the cardio portion too often :) Fit, Fab and Forty-something right, baby!! Yeah!
