Trying Different Things

I purchased this "Library Card" stamp from PTI quite some time ago.  Why?  Oh well, for the commonest reason why we buy stamps, because we saw others make these jaw dropping beautiful creations and we thought we could do the same, or be just as quirky  or vintagey or modern etc....

Nevertheless, I could not look myself straight in the eye for too long if I left stamps in their packaging, untouched, so  I tried to do something with this stamp and a paper pieced butterfly  I had left over from the other day.

Paper: PTI Cardstock; Patterned Paper (stash & Basicgrey & K&Co.)
Ink: CTMH Dye inks; Walnut Stain DI
Stamps: PTI; Hero Arts (butterfly)
Other: Large Scallop Edge Die (PTI); Gems( HA; Recollections); Corner Chomper

All quite self-explanatory really.  Those flowers are from the PTI Flower Fusion 1 & 3 sets.  Such cute little sets with a few nice sentiments including the one on this card.

Thank you for passing by.  I am going to go out and have a cup of coffee with my friend Lisa, just sit with her, enjoy the fresh air and chat, like girls do!

Brenda, you stamping style is "versatile" - I like it when a person can switch it up and make cards with many different looks! This one is just adorable - anyone would love to receive it!
