I managed to watch the rest of the videos from Day 1's class last night and made an additional 3 cards!!! Wow, even I am impressed! I used an open background stamp which I heat embossed with white embossing powder onto watercolour paper. I then coloured it in with some Inktense Pencils using a waterbrush. After cutting that piece up I ended with enough to make three cards, here is one of them, very simple:
Paper: watercolour (unknown); cardstock (PTI)
Ink: Inktense Pencils; Adirondack Denim dye ink
Stamps: Truly Appreciated (Hero Arts); Allover Pattern (Penny Black)
Other: corner chomper; PTI Large Scallop Die; White Embossing powder (HA)
Off to watch the Day 2 videos. I suspect they will be just as good as Day 1's and hopefully that means I end up with a few more cards for my friends market, and perhaps I can get started on Christmas Cards!!!
Have a blessed day!
