Don't you just love anything to do with hearts! I do, I'm French, so I was wired that way from birth, and then I was blessed to be born on that special day dedicated to everything to do with hearts! And I am surrounded with people who have the most beautiful, genuine, loving hearts, my husband, my daughter, my family, my wonderful in-laws, and my very special friends, both near and far!
So today I decided to play in the latest SSS Wednesday Challenge, you can find all the details HERE.
I recently purchased this most amazing die from SSS, made by SSS, called "Floating Hearts". It's one of those dies that take up the whole card front and one which I am very reluctant to cover up with anything else, but at some point one has to otherwise all your cards are going to look the same, just a different colour! So I experimented and came up with this version for today:
I die cut the Floating Hearts using some paper from Basic Grey called "Kissing Booth".
The stamp I used is from Skipping Stone Designs called "Heartsong". The ink is from Memento. The cardstock is PTI.
I'll need to play around a little bit more and see what I can come up with using this wonderful die.
I'm on cloud nine because despite my ongoing foot issue I did manage to have an absolutely awesome Half Marathon this morning! So thrilled!
I wish you all a thrilling day too!
