Butterfly Garden #1

I have volunteered to make cards for the church I go to.  They give out so many cards every month and I was looking for someone to just take my cards off my hands instead of saving them for a rainy day, so now I'm happy.

I had not played with this "Butterfly Garden" set from Pink Paislee in a very long time so decided to put it to good use and landed up making three cards, one of which I will share with you today.

I had forgotten how much I loved that foliage stamp in the set and it stamps so beautifully with stunning details.

The sentiment and cardstock are from PTI.

A short post as I am rather exhausted after the Cancer Relay of last night which was a 12 hour relay from 6pm to 6am this morning.  I am sure it is going to be early to bed tonight!  So happy to say that it was very successful and they managed to raise quite a lot of funds to enable their rural community outreach program.

Wishing you a wonderful day!

Great way to get your cards out there Brenda! This pretty foliage stamp reminds me of an Anna Griffin design, PRETTY! Get some rest, I'm tired just reading the 6 to 6 ~ 12 hour deal!!

Sympathy cards are the most difficult for me to make, Brenda. This is just lovely - sweet, serene and simple. Love it and love that you are doing this for your church. You have such a loving spirit.

Feels good to have your creations put to such a worthwhile use, doesn't it?!!! This is a lovely design for a sympathy card! The relay sounds like it was exhausting but very rewarding:)
