No Sentiment Day

I was playing around with some watercolors today and then used a scrap to put this background together for my card:

Paper: cardstock (PTI); patterned paper (scrap basket)
Ink: various Distress Inks; Versafine Onyx Black
Stamp: Hero Arts (Pom Pom Flower)
Other: pearl; SU Scalloped Edge Punch

I was inspired to create a little Art Journal page today using my Inktense Pencils as water colours. (There was a background painted or misted on my page before but I covered it with Gesso and then worked over it - some of it shows through but I like it).

And a big thank you to all those who commented and offered advice yesterday, I went with adding some pearls to cover the stamped words on the bottom of my card and it works perfectly!  Now that's what friends are for, they give you sound advice, thank you.

Have a fantastic day!

I love your "no sentiment" card - sometimes you don't have to say anything and it shows how much you care just because you are there :) How about that Art Journal page - amazing!
