Let me share another Father's Day card with you and then that's it for this year, Father's Day cards that is!
A pretty simple card, a bit challenging to photograph because the front of the notecard is shorter than the back, so I had to be quick when taking the photo before it lost its balance and fell over.
That tree is from one of my very first stamp sets, it's a Darkroom Door creation, and I absolutely love it because it looks so real, there is so much depth and detail in it.
The sentiment is from a PTI set. I used a Postage Stamp edge punch for the one side and added a strip of patterned paper on the inside edge which you can see.
Well, it's home alone tonight and I feel lost! My chickadee is sleeping out at a friend's house. I know some of you are thinking, "heck, what's the matter with her, I'd jump at the chance to have some ME time", but, for me, life without my loved ones is, well, not the life I choose. I just miss them too much. However, I just called Natasha to wish her a good night and she couldn't get off the phone fast enough.....kids!
Now let's see if I can stay up long enough to perhaps make something!
Here's to a wonderful weekend to all my crafty friends.
