All You Need Is Love

That is all you need!  I made a card with a lovely Penny Black stamp and some distress inks.
Paper: cardstock (PTI); patterned paper (Basic Grey - "Clippings")
Ink:Victorian Velvet & Tattered Rose distress inks; Archival Jet Black; Versamark
Stamps: Penny Black (All You Need 40-092)
Other: Martha Stewart Butterfly punch; PTI die

Very simple CAS design, from an old Hero Arts sketch.  I simply stamped the image with Versamark and heat embossed with clear embossing powder.  I then used the two distress inks over the image.  Plain but pretty.

I'm looking forward to Monday as it is the start of the Clean & Simple Card Making 2 class!  Hooray!  I did the 1st class and loved it.  I've been kind of busy as I am also doing a year long online Art Journalling Course called Life Book 2013.  I have quite a bit of catching up to do as it started at the beginning of January, but I am loving it although it is an artistic challenge for me!

I'm trying to still pop around to my favourite blogs, but I'll apologise if you have not heard from me for a while as it has been very haphazard!

Hubby just got home last night so hooray for the next  2 weeks of having our family together!

Sending you all lots of hugs and thank you so much to my new followers for coming to visit me!
