Hexagon Christmas

I've been playing around with this MME paper pack called "12 Days of Christmas" (only 5 sheets left, yikes), and I love the patterns and colours so much and thought that they would look awesome in hexagons.  So I went to Nicholes' blog and was inspired to CASE one of her cards which you can find HERE.

I just want to say thank you to Lisa again for getting me this PTI cover plate die as a gift, I loved making this card and thought of you the entire one and a half hours it took me to make it! LOL!

Oh I just love the colours and how this turned out!

I have been really busy making cards and tags for a Craft Market my running buddy is having (it starts tomorrow), so that's why I have not really been around in blog land.  Hopefully next week sort of gets back to normal!

Wishing you a sun filled day as it is raining, raining, and raining here!  Again!

Wow - this looks so complicated - all those pieces and getting the spacing just perfect (you did it). Amazing combo of patterns and colors. Wish I could shop your booth! Good luck and have lots of fun.

Brenda, what a GREAT hexagon Christmas card! I got that PTI plate a few months ago and have been meaning to make some Christmas cards with it, but they do take a long time (I laughed out loud at your comment!)! I love the papers you've used...I may just have to try this when I have a few free hours!

Hi Brenda, I found your lovely blog when I was searching for ideas for the hexagonal die and came across this beautiful card! I am a South African living in Australia who loves stamping and making cards. My parents live in Winston Park, and my Mum is a very keen cardmaker too - it must run in the family! I have had a bit of a browse of your blog and have added it to my Google Reader, so look forward to enjoying more of your creations. Have a wonderful Christmas with your family!
