Just Sharing...

Just sharing a card I made about a week ago.  I have not had any time to even touch my crafty items this week, just running around a little.

A Hero Arts background with a PTI butterfly and sentiment.  I'm still in my "use up your scraps" mode.  All I can say is thank goodness for 6X6 paper pads, it means that scraps are really kept to a minimum.

I skyped with my Mom and Dad in-law earlier this week as well as with Lisa just a few hours ago!  It feels good to keep in touch with those you love.  I just wish the distance between us all was a lot less!

You know, I always believed that I was quite good with change, I've moved around so much, from a young age and then even more so once I got married, so after a while one gets used to it...well, so I thought.  But for some reason this move is really unsettling me.  I really hope that this feeling deep down actually settles down once we are in our home.  Right now I just seem to not be able to get any kind of routine going.  Sorry, I didn't mean to dump this on you, it just always feels better when shared amongst friends.

Hoping that you are all having a fabulous summer day!  And thank you for the visits to my blog, I am trying to visit some blogs too, just some days it's impossible, I hope you can understand.

I love your "scrap" card :) Love the color combination too!

No matter how much we think we can handle change it is always somewhat difficult. I will be lifting you up that you might find yourself at "home" where you are. In the meantime continue to share you precious cards :)They make me smile!

Awww, Bren - I sure hope you get used to it too. Change really can be difficult. I know you've heard this before, but give yourself some more time. I know it's going to feel like home to you eventually. Sending a big hug to you! Love your beautiful card, by the way!

Wish I lived closer so I could give you a hug! Keep the faith-I 'm sure things will get a little easier once you are settled in your new home and can get a routine going:). Love how the butterfly looks against that bg! And I completely agree about the 6 x 6 pads- I don't even buy 12 x 12 sheets anymore!

Lovely card! Love that butterfly! :> I hope you settle too and get happy with your move! I bet once you live in the house it will feel better. Right now you aren't able to make a home so once you can it will feel like home! :> Sending you hugs!

Superb card Brenda. I'm sure that once you are in your own home with all your belongings around you, you'll feel more settled.
