Well, Mary Dawn from A Blogged Named Hero announced that she was extending their first challenge to use your favorite Hero Art stamp/s by a day so here is another card I had made which I'll also enter into the current Hero Arts Monthly Contest.Paper: cardstock (PTI); designer paper (Teresa Collins - Every Day Moments 6X6 pad); Neenah
Ink: Adirondack - Denim; Versafine Onyx Black
Stamps: Hero Arts ( Two Birds - CG152; CL488)
Other: Jute (Michaels)
Not sure if you've noticed but this is the second card I have posted using this particular designer paper, and I actually have a third one for later, and all three cards were made with three 6X6 sheets, and I still have some over to make a fourth! Now, even I am proud of myself!
That sentiment frame normally has a bit of a flourish on either side but I did cut it off for this design. I also stamped the birdie on some of the patterned paper for a pop of non-blue! The sentiment panel is popped up with some dimensional foam. I finally wrapped a piece of jute around the card. I think it makes a nice masculine card.
It's no secret that I love all bird, butterfly and flower stamps from Hero Arts, so I could not resist making this card.
It's been a beautiful day here today. Lisa and I went and worked out at the gym and then went to go and do some shopping as my lovely friend is trying to redo her craft room! I hope that once it's done she posts some pictures to share with you! (No pressure Lisa!). It's going to look great!
Wishing you all a fabulous rest of your day!

This one's a beauty too :) Love these colors together and you're right about it making a really nice masculine card!
I really like your take on the sketch Brenda! The pop of yellow from the little birdie is just perfect against those designer papers! Sounds like you and Lisa had a fun day:) Sure hope she shares pics of her craft rm redo!
