Flower Dot Pattern

My post title today is the name of the Hero Arts stamp I used for today's card which will go into the Hero Arts November contest as I used the colour scheme  in the challenge.

And here is my card:

I stamped the Flower Dot Pattern in three different colour inks, trimed and adhered them to my card base. The inks are all from CTMH (Close To My Heart).  I layered a strip of kraft cardstock and then two different die cuts (using PTI dies) on top of that.

A sentiment and gems from Hero Arts and I was done.  I'm not over the moon about it but I just had to try and get the mojo moving foward!

Running: Yesterday I went and had both my feet injected with cortisone and now I am hoping that I can get through Sunday's race fairly pain free!  So, I had to admit to myself that I have an addiction, and it's called RUNNING!

On to more exciting stuff....one more sleep!  When I wake up tomorrow morning, (that's if I even sleep I'm so excited), my hubby will be on his way home from the airport!  Yippee!

Hugs to you all!

I need this stamp!! It's on the "list" :) You may not be over the moon - but I love it! It's very cool and for whatever reason, to me has a modern flair that I really like. Love that blue edge design!

Wow, Brenda...when I saw your card I said "OOOOH!" out loud...so pretty! I hope the cortisone shots help the foot pain, and I hope your DH gets home safely!

Ooh, this is so very pretty! Love the delicate, airy colors! I have that background stamp too and have not used it much, now I see how beautiful it is in these colors!

I think this card is very, very cool! I really like the design and the colors and just the stamp itself lends itself to a fun, hip design like this. I hope your feet get you through your race, although having ones feet shot up with cortisone sounds EXTREMELY uncomfortable! yikes...gives me the willies to think about a needle in my feet! And glad your husband will be back tomorrow...mine also comes home tomorrow...yeah!

This is super cool! So love the open space in the flowers and the kraft background makes the stamped image the stars of the show.
