Danna, a Hero Art Flickr buddy, is having her first challenge on her blog, Reliving Tomorrow, and it's all about scraplings! These are mini works of art often made from cut offs from a stamdard card. I think it's always great to support people you know, and Dana is such a lovely lady, so I made an autumn kind of scrappling which I may enter into this month's Hero Arts contest too.
Paper: cardstock (PTI)
Ink: Memento; Copics; Brushed Corduroy DI
Stamps: Hero Arts (CL 182)
Other: Ribbon (HA); Gems (HA); EK scalloped border punch
I love it when I can use up those little bits of cardstock lying around my desk! I intentionally stamped the tree off the page and then coloured it with Copic markers. I inked the edges with some brushed corduroy just to soften them a bit.
Thanks Dana for the fun challenge, I may come back with another!
Thank you to my new followers, it's so great to see new people interested in your work. Wishing you all a fabulous day!
