Hydrangea Window

I have watched so many talented crafters make window cards and Hero Arts has this technique as part of their September contest, so I could not resist and had to make one myself.

Paper: HA Notecard; Neenah
Ink: Memento; Derwent Colorsoft pencil crayons; Fired Brick DI
Stamps: Hero Arts (Hydrangea K5376; Flourish Background CG119; sentiment CL488)
Other: bow (old stash)

The Hydrangea is coloured in with some Derwent pencil crayons.  I stamped the Flourish Background stamp with Fired Brick distress ink on the front of the notecard and then cut out the window.

I have also lined the inside of my card with some white paper so that the writing will not show through when the card is put to use.

This was fun, I may have to make a few more!

Wishing you a fabulous day!
