Here is another card for week 4 of Summer Card Camp. I eventually actually managed to get a real teal colour when my green and blue distress inks overlaped after I sprayed my stamp with water! Hooray!
Paper: Cardstock (PTI); Neenah
Ink: Tumbled Glass, Broken China & Peeled Paint DI; Versafine Onyx Black; Versamark
Stamps: Hero Arts (CL488; CG350; CG328)
Other: Oval Nestabilitie; Crinkle Ribbon; White Embossing powder; Hole punch
I stamped the Large Lotus Pattern cling stamp with the three different distress inks and then sprayed the stamp with a mini mister before stamping to achieve a bit of a watercolour effect. This time I did decide to introduce a neutral colour, kraft. The butterfly is stamped with versamark and embossed using white embossing powder.
Thank you for visiting me today! Your comments always brighten my day!

Lovely watercolory bg, B, and you did get the teal! The sentiment piece with the ribbon & butterfly are nice touches!

So stunning, Brenda! Can't take my eyes off of that background. You have become so good with the inks. And that ribbon is perfect to complete the look.

Fabulous effect Brenda!
Oh my goodness, is this ever gorgeous! Now that I have more distress inks, I'm going to have to try that misting/spraying technique. Thanks for being so inspiring, Brenda!
