Happy Father's Day to all the dad's out there. On my end I wish my hubby and father-in-law a wonderful day! Sadly my own father passed away just over 3 years ago, but wherever you are Dad, I still think of you and will love you always!
Here is the card I made for my husband...
Paper: PTI; Neenah
Ink: Spiced Marmalade & Vintage Photo DI; Denim Adirondack dye ink; Versafine Onyx Black; Black Stazon;
Stamps: PTI (Grunge Me); Hero Arts (Going)
Other: Vellum; Eyelets; Clear Embossing Powder; Sizzix Embossing folder
I embossed some kraft cardstock with the Sizzix embossing folder and rubbed some Vintage Photo distress ink over it to catch the raised surfaces. The car was stamped with black ink and embossed, cut out and adhered with some dimensional dots. I stamped the sentiment on a strip of vellum and attached it using two eyelets!
Thank you for taking a look! Have a wonderful day!

Your Dad's card is so beautifully constructed it has great form and very masculine I bet he loved it.

My dad passed away almost 2 years ago and I especially miss him on holidays. Wonderful masculine card Brenda! I love how you attached the vellum sentiment strip with eyelets - I've got tons of eyelets and never use them! Thanks for the inspiration :)
