A Little Quieter

The voices in my head for creating seem to be a little quieter at the moment, I guess that's ok.  I make a list of all the interesting challenges and card ideas I am thinking of doing and I keep it on my craft desk, but these last few days I seem to be doing a lot of staring into space.  One minute I want to colour, the next I want to play with patterned paper, then I want to do some fussy cutting....and....not much happens!

Here I was just playing around, in a fussy cutting kind of mood and while I am at it I will enter it into the Wee Memories Scrappy Saturday Challenge which is "Stamp It", go take a look, a nice stress free challenge!
Paper: Notecard (Hobby Lobby); Patterned Paper (old stash); Cardstock (PTI)
Ink: Memento Tuxedo Black; Copic Markers
Stamps: Penny Black; PTI (sentiment)
Other: Spellbinders Star die; Dimensional foam; Stickles; Glossy Accents

Don't you love that cute little, what, a rat, a mice - whatever it is, it kinda reminds me of Ratatouille!

Not sure why I did all that fussy cutting, I almost messed up so many times!  Thank goodness that Lisa told me about these little Honey Bee scissors, wow, they cut like a dream and are excellent for getting into small places. They are at Archivers and Michaels, I would suggest you get them at Michaels!!!

My MIL is coming in today to spend two nights here, my daughter will be thrilled.  I am going to try and get some crafty time in though, as I need a few cards for birthdays and the OWH blog hop coming up this weekend.

Here's hoping you are having a wonderful day!

Hi Brenda,

This card is simply WONDERFUL... love that sweetie-pie with his lovely smile. Wish they were so sweet in real life...

Don't worry about your creative juices going all over the place... we all go through this sometimes.

This card is lovely.

This is adorable! I hear you on the scissors, Brenda. I have the Cutter Bees and they cut 120lb cardstock like butter! I was using $2 children's scissors before that - what was I thinking??
