This was a scramble and a real laugh!
I knew that I was going to be late getting home and that the scramble would have already started so while my husband was driving I was trying to access my Flickr account on my iPhone so that I could go to Sally's post and at least start thinking about what I was going to make!
Well, do you know that when you are over 40 the memory does not seem to work so well anymore! So of course, I could not remember my Flickr account password! I don't have to remember it on my home computer because it recognises me as the user, so why even try to bank that piece of information anywhere in my old brain!!!
Anyhow, got home with one hour to get going, checked out the post and got the kettle boiling. Went upstairs to start gathering the stamps/papers etc...and never got back downstairs to make that cup of coffee!
And then of course I decided to do something I had never done before...to reverse an image!!! Oh boy, you would have had a good laugh, and I am sure after I tell you how I did it you will be able to tell me of an easier way!
Paper: Neenah Solar White cardstock; White Notecard (PTI) Ink: Copic Markers; Fired Brick DI; Memento Tuxedo Black
Stamps: Hero Arts
Other: PTI Edgers Die #2
Anyhow, I stamped that cute little critter twice on Neenah Solar White cardstock. Then I turned the one image over, shone a light underneath it, and proceeded to trace it!!! Really, with only 20 minutes to spare (it took me that long to come up with the idea)! Anyhow, the rest is history and self explanatory!
Thank you Sally for giving me an enjoyable Saturday afternoon!

Well Brenda, you did a perfect job!! I don't recognize the stamp and thought it was just an original. Glad you saw the funny side, I would probably be saying bad words - LOL!
P.S. You don't look anywhere near 40 btw.
What a funny story, Brenda! Your card is so, so cute and I love how you made the reverse image! That is a genius idea. I have a lightbox so I should try it. Here's another way, as Kasia has described in this post:

Now I'm off to hunt for that adorable stamp! ;)
You did a fabulous job with your reversed image Brenda, love your cute critters and thanks so much for playing along.
OMG! You made this card in such a short time and with the technique of reversing! Yoú're fantastic, Brenda! Had to laugh about your memory as I'm having the same problem as well. Once I'm at a different computer, everything seems a big blur thing to me!! Welcome to the 40's club! Maybe we should set up such a club!
Love your design on this and the color scheme for the challenge, the curvy edge of the punch really gives it that extra special touch, too cute!
