I am sure that there are other crafters like me out there, we have so much that we tend to forget we have them, or we've learned so many techniques, and unless we are reminded of them from time to time, they stay forgotten!
I have a few embossing folders, and they are something I seldom remember to bring them out when I make a card. So for today's card I did use one as my background and I just love the instant texture it gives a card.
The lovely large butterfly is from Penny Black and the sentiment is from Simon Says Stamp. I added a little sparkle to the butterfly with some Stickles.
It's another blistering hot day today, with no breeze and still no sign of rain!

Gorgeous use of the embossing folder. I am with you on the embossing folders and do not use them enough. I love your delicate butterfly with the sentiment on the top left. Lovely balance, Brenda!
